Our policies

A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please inform us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This then allows us to offer your appointment to another client. 
Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is re arranged with atleast 48 hours' notice. 
No shows or cancellations / reschedules less than 48 hours will forfeit their deposits.
 
All laser packages are non refundable.
Laser treatment areas cannot be changed once laser treatment has started.
All Laser hair removal packages need to be completed within 12 months period.

If you are late more than 10mins, you will occur a late charge of £5 if more than 15 mins you will have to reschedule your appointment and will lose your deposit. If you require to book an appointment in the future, I will require a full payment of your treatment upfront.

Same above policy to Laser hair removal client's failure to cancel appointment no later than 48 hours will have a session deducted from your package.

All new clients are required to book a patch test 48 hours before laser hair removal & hair colouring appointment. 

Cancellation of any course is required by email (skinlaseraestheticsstudio@gmail.com) at least seven days prior to the course commencing.
No refund will be issued by The Training Academy, however your course fee can be transferred onto another course.
In the event of a student failing to attend or complete a course or assessment, for any reason, no refunds will be made by The Training Academy.

The minimum age for entry is 18 years (there is no upper age limit).
In order to apply for a place on one of our courses, please call 07376 421780 or email skinlaseraestheticsstudio@gmail.com Once you have paid, you will be sent a confirmation email, detailing the course dates and any course requirements.
Please note that payments, including deposits are non-refundable but may be re-applied to another commencement date, if notice of at least seven working days is given to the Academy.
Please check the prerequisites for each course.

FEES
Course fees to be paid prior to the course commencement which are not received may result in withdrawal of course place, withdrawal from examination, retention of certification.

Course fees paid by instalments that are not received within 10 days of the agreed instalment date may result in removal from the course and/or payment of the balance of the full course costs.

Deposits are non-refundable. Only after receipt of deposit and full payment or signed instalment agreement will course support and learning materials be provided. (Please note laser hair removal course with machine instalments need to be completed prior to training date.)

You will be provided with course details by email to the address given. All information will be provided to the student via the email address provided.

Where an award certificate is entitled to be provided, this will be withheld until full payment of fees has been settled in full.

All course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. If you change your mind or require a different model on kits or laser machines these are non refundable/ exchangeable, full information is provided prior to commencing of course date and a confirmation email is sent.

Courses booked as part of discounted ‘last minute offers’ will be strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. These are discounted specifically for attendance on the booked course/date/venue by their very nature and so this price does not transfer to other courses. If you need to reschedule for a genuine reason (medical or compassionate), we may at our discretion, place the course fee paid minus a rescheduling fee, as credit on file valid for 6 months towards booking courses. Any applicable price difference would need to be paid when redeeming the credit on file to book further courses.
